The most commonly asked question that we get is this: What island are you on? Our answer: All of them! Our headquarters is in central Honolulu but our products and team pack and go to set up statewide from Hawaii island to Kauai.
This summer we were tapped for a three-day corporate event on Hawaii island. This mega production required over 1,000 of our products that were sent via three shipping containers. It required transport and set up performed by our elite set up crew and weeks of meticulous planning. It takes a lot of expertise and logistical mastery to know how to load containers to stage three events and ensure you have every last product required from the 12-foot carved tiki statues to towering fabricated palm trees and literally, hundreds of chairs.
There were no product shortages. No shipping and ground transport delays. We set up all three events in their entirety on time, and on budget.
The mega event included three nights of magic from a beach-themed opening night that welcomed more than 300 Guests. Surfboard replica served as table tops and layered lighting of our café lights and tiki torches kept the night aglow long after sunset.
For subsequent events, our rentals were dressed in white: chairs, linens, furniture and décor including 12-foot white coconut palms. Modern all-white furniture rentals and décor amplifed our neon glow collection of bars and tables.
Custom synthetic living wall with white slatted trim stood together to offer a welcoming entrance and photo backdrop. Adorned with fresh tropical foilage and a custom logo sign that we created, this was our most Instagrammable highlight of the event.
